If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is lost in transit, we are happy to offer a free replacement.

Damaged Items:
If your slime or any part of your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package. Be sure to include:-

Lost or Missing Orders:
If your order doesn't arrive or certain items are missing, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will send a replacement or assist with tracking down your package. -
Incorrect Orders:
If you've received the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery with:-

A photo of the incorrect item We’ll promptly send the correct item to you at no additional cost.
